About
I currently work as Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston. After receiving a PhD degree from Free University Berlin, Department of Business and Economics, I worked as Senior Research Associate at Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. I am affiliated with the International Offshoring Research Network (ORN).
My research stretches across the field of management and mainly covers three areas: (1) global services sourcing and regional knowledge services clusters; (2) sustainable development and sustainability standards, and (3) coordination of project-based relationships and networks.
I have done field research in different countries, including Germany, the U.S., Romania, and China; and industries, including film production, the automotive industry, the coffee industry, and global business services.
